Doing one kind also can improve your ability to do the others, and variety helps reduce boredom and risk of injury.One definition is the state or condition of being physically sound and healthy, especially as the result of exercise and proper nutrition[1]. In the fitness profession, exercise is at the heart of what we do. As we improve our fitness, we improve the body's ability to perform activity.31

Personal Fitness for Life is a one-semester course designed to enable students to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and maintain a health-enhancing level of fitness and to increase physical competence, self-esteem and the motivation to pursue lifelong physical activity.
